5.Announce company subscribers and first directors
The announcement of all subscribers and directors of the company currently filed on Form INC-9 will be automatically generated in pdf format and will only be submitted in electronic form in all cases, except where possible:

Amendments in the private limited company registration in India
There is no need to refer to SRN for the reserved words in Part A of SPICE + as the same will be automatically displayed when installing Part B after the installation of Part A.
2. Authorized Registration for ESIC and EPFO
ESIC and EPFO registration have been compulsory for all new companies incorporated on 23rd February 2020.
3. Authorized Employment Tax Registration
Registration of Professional Tax is made compulsory for all new companies incorporated in the Maharashtra region, w.e.f. 23rd February 2020.
4. Mandatory application to open a bank account
An application to open a bank account is mandatory for all new companies filed between 23 February 2020. A similar application will be submitted via the AGILE-PRO-linked web form.
5. Announcement of Company Registrars and First Directors in PDF form and submission
The announcement of all subscribers and First Directors of the Company currently filed on Form INC-9 will be automatically generated in pdf format and will only be submitted in electronic form in all cases, except where possible:

6.Authorized Use of e-MoA (INC-33) and e-AoA (INC-34)

In all the cases mentioned above, the maximum number of registered subscribers will be 7 to submit a SPICe + form. Wherever the number of subscribers exceeds 7, the SPICe + form will be submitted with MoA and AoA as attachments.
Companies that have just been added via SPICE + and have received an EPFO / ESI/TDS number will only have to file a Statutory Return if the set limit is exceeded.
