Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious matter regarding the non-payment of my salary. Despite my consistent efforts and dedicated service to [Company's Name], I have not received my salary for the period of [mention the specific period, e.g., April 2024].
The details of the unpaid salary are as follows:

1. That As per my client employment contract and the company's payroll policy, my cleint salary is due for 2 month from april too may 2024, and not received the payment.
2. That This non-payment of salary has caused significant financial strain and inconvenience to my client. I urge you to address this issue promptly and remit the pending salary amount at the earliest. Kindly treat this letter as an urgent and final request to release the outstanding payment within 7 days from the date of this legal notice.
Failure to receive the payment within the stipulated timeframe will compel me to seek legal recourse to recover my dues. This may include, but is not limited to, filing a complaint with the relevant labor authorities, pursuing legal action in a court of law, and seeking compensation for any financial damages incurred due to this delay.
I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Please confirm in writing the date by which I can expect to receive my salary. I look forward to a swift and amicable resolution.
You are aware of the notice and must follow it to avoid unnecessary litigations.
